BREEMA-0101 - Introduction to Breema: Harmony in Daily Life

Harmony in Daily Life: A Gentle Path of Presence and Balance

Breema® is a heart-centered approach to bodywork and movement rooted in presence, balance, and natural vitality. This weekend intensive introduces the Nine Principles of Harmony through partner bodywork and Self-Breema exercises. Emphasizing mutual support, grounded touch, and body-mind integration, Breema brings the practitioner into a state of “Being-ness”—where giving and receiving are simultaneous, and effort is replaced by flow. Gentle yet deeply revitalizing, Breema provides a pathway for living with more connection, clarity, and ease—both on and off the mat.

This introductory course invites students into the calming, centering world of Breema, a holistic practice that harmoniously blends gentle bodywork, mindful movement, and self-care exercises to support daily well-being. Through Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony—such as body comfort, mutual support, and full participation—participants experience deep relaxation, renewed vitality, and an authentic sense of presence.

Students will explore Breema's simple yet profound exercises, discovering how to incorporate these harmonizing practices into their everyday lives. Emphasis is placed on nurturing a direct, embodied experience of mindfulness, presence, and connection, fostering personal insight and relational harmony.
