Prerequisites

Foundation Training
Completion of a 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training (or equivalent) demonstrating foundational knowledge in meditative movement education, breathing and stretching teaching methodology.

Professional Experience
A minimum of 1,000 hours of combined prior professional practice in massage therapy, yoga, and/or movement education, showing depth of practical application.

Licensed Practice
Licensed Massage Therapist (or equivalent) for at least two years at time of application, ensuring established professional competence and ethical practice.
